Determined Spies Redeem Disappointment at Le Mans
Yamaha rider Ben Spies was unable to achieve optimal results in three races. He was determined to start this season with good results at the French MotoGP.
In the series inaugural race at Losail, Spies got pretty good results with a sixth place finish. But in the next two race drivers from the United States is experiencing bad luck.
Spies big chance on the podium at the Spanish MotoGP after conquering Dani Pedrosa in lap 23. But unfortunately it slipped Spies and out of the race when the race three laps left to live.
Lady Luck has not yet overarching Spies in MotoGP Portugal. Motorcycle racer with the number 11 is back down because of losing focus while trying to remove the means of closing that disrupt the flow of fuel comfort.
This weekend's MotoGP race weekend in France entered the fourth series which was held at the Le Mans circuit on Sunday (15/05/2011). Spies was determined to achieve the best results.
"I have a few days relaxing after the Estoril race back to Como, Italy. I have a good chance to not drive a motorcycle and get out of the frustration of the race," he said quoted by Crash.
"So far I feel good in the beginning I really believe we can achieve strong results in Portugal. But we keep running and as a team we came to France and are determined to redeem (failure) and start the 2011 season again,"said Spies.
As a result of failure in the last two races, Spies scattered in the order of 14 of the standings with 10 points. Left behind 55 points from a team colleague Jorge Lorenzo at the top.
